Welcome to Travelers Nest Community. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Full payment must be completed at least 15 days before the trip departure date.
  • Prices are subject to change based on availability, season, and group size.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees (5%)
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 7–15 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Trip Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Alternative arrangements of equal or higher value will be provided wherever possible.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

  • Carry a valid government-issued photo ID at all times during the trip.
  • Follow instructions from the trip captain and local guides.
  • Respect local customs, culture, and the environment.
  • Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements before the trip.
  • Consumption of alcohol or substances that impair judgment is discouraged during adventure activities.

5. Liability

  • Travelers Nest Community acts as a facilitator and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all trips.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and videos — is the property of Travelers Nest Community and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.
